The Rally is ON

6 July 2021
Morocco has just opened its borders thanks to a highly advanced vaccination program and a health crisis closely monitored by the Royal Cabinet and His Majesty, King Mohammed VI.
This opening allows us to relaunch the Rallye du Maroc, which should run smoothly, if no further unfortunate disasters make it impossible.
We will do everything within our means to assure that the rally runs in the best conditions with regard to the Moroccan authorities and their regulations.
It is important to resume rally raids in Morocco and it is not the time to turn our backs on our Moroccan suppliers, communities, and partners who have accompanied and supported us during all these years.

We are leaving 13th July, 2021 to complete the route and write the roadbooks. This rally will be a compilation of everything included in the next Dakar, with a great deal of dunes and sand, in the heart of Erg Chegaga around M’Hamid. There will be no long stretches of rocky trails, but a subtle mix of dirt and sand tracks. In addition, navigation will be an essential element of the rally raid and will be important throughout the 5 stages.

These 5 stages will loop around the Zagora / M’Hamid area and the bivouac. However, we are studying the possibility of leaving from Agadir.
The city of Agadir would host the Rallye du Maroc caravan for the administrative and technical checks and the prologue, then they will continue on to the bivouac by transfer before the 1st stage begins. This possibility will be confirmed as soon as possible. To facilitate and ensure your arrival, we are setting up 2 exclusive boats for the rally as well as charter flights from Paris and Madrid (round trip).

The rally is on! And it is with great emotion that I am going to explore Morocco again, to rediscover its colors, its traditions, its desert and its tracks.
