After much speculation and amendments in the launch dates, the 2020 FIA World Rallycross Championship finally got underway in August 2020. The auto racing championship began from World RX of Sweden in August 2020 and will end with World RX of Germany in December 2020. This is the forty fifth season of the championship which is recognised by the Federation Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA) as the highest class of international rallycross. The season consists of eight rounds across two categories: Supercar and Super1600.
